Virtual Network Editor in VMware Workstation 9.0

Not sure if you have read my post on creating Virtual LAN on VMware 6.5, I made that as a two part article because of its length, especially because of Part 2, where I covered topics on Virtual Network Editor.

The thing I hated about the old Virtual Network Editor in VMware was its unnecessary tabs, and irrelevant options scattered all over its GUI. When writing Part 2 I thought about how this VNE can be made simple and refined. Fortunately, VMware realized it and reduced the VNE's cumbersome GUI with dozen tabs into a simple refined single window GUI, as below.

First thing I liked about it, No Tabs! Just a single window with all the options for configuring and editing the Adapters. I couldn't find any option missing from the old VNE in the new one.

Good Job VMware!
